Prints and Frames
I’ve included detailed descriptions of all prints and frames available. I reserve the right to correct mistakes, change product information and withdraw products from sale.

Delivery
Most of my prints are made to order, using a specialist third party printing company. I like to quality check items and pack them myself before shipping, which means it can take around 10 days from you placing your order, to me posting it. I’ll let you know when it's on it's way! If you need something sooner then drop me a message and I’ll do whatever I can to help.

Payment
Payment is processed securely through Wix (my website provider) who use Adyen BV. Wix fully adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

Returns and Refunds
I hope you love your purchases from me, but if you have any problems or questions at all please contact me! If anything arrives damaged I will be happy to provide a replacement, all I ask is that you send me a photo of the damaged item.

If for any reason you want a refund from items purchased online, email me within 14 days of your order - hello@luckandlensphotography.co.uk.
